Directions to property- Tell Google Maps to take you to Beau Ln off of Stringfellow Rd. Beau turns into Lockhart Ln. Pass small farm on your left, after that you'll see a small pond to the right. The property for sale is on your left after you pass the pond 1/2 way. There is water to the left of the road on the property, that is a manmade drainage easement, it is on the survey as an easement. The land for sale is the uncut section that goes to the next cleared farmed section. It is 285 ft across to the west at it's widest length. To exit the area keep driving north, keep looking at Google Maps, and make a left on Snaproll which has no street sign but if you look at Google maps it will identify all the road names for you. And Snaproll takes you to Harbor Dr. Make a left on Harbor which leads to Stringfellow Rd. Use Google Maps to know which road is which, several roads are blocked so use Snaproll. Lockhart Ln is used regularly by the palm tree farms so it is a maintained dirt road. Drive slowly, people walk their dogs off leash back there.
